Synopsis:

It's the present day, and our real life scream queens heroines who starred in some infamous and classic movies from the 80's and 90's, have moved on with their lives. What none of them suspect, is that down in the basement of an old house, Max an obsessed fan, sits in the dark watching their films over and over. His obsession soon grows into a diabolical plan, and with the help of his enabling mother he begins to put his plan into effect.

 

One by one, Max begins to "collect" the famous scream queens, transporting them to a makeshift prison he's set up in his basement. The scream queens have no idea what's going on until they find themselves forced to re-enact long-forgotten movie scenes from their horror heyday. And they definitely won't want to remember the terrible outcome...with their heads attached to trophy plaques and mounted on a wall. Things take another twisted turn as the disembodied heads start speaking to Max. It's a battle to the finish as our favorite Scream Queens fight for their lives. Who will survive, and who will lose their head?
