Below Zero: Edward Furlong Horror Flick Set to Play at the Phoenix Film Festival

Michael Berryman in Below Zero
Below Zero follows Edward Furlong as a screenwriter looking to break out of a writing funk. In order to do so he locks himself in a meat cooler to free himself from the distractions of his life. Soon reality and fiction begin to blend into one as the script comes dangerously to life. The script was written by Signe Olynyk, who actually locked herself in a meat freezer to develop the script. Justin Thomas Ostensen directs and horror favorite Michael Berryman co-stars.

Below Zero will be making it's Arizona premiere at the Phoenix Film Festival at the Harkins Scottsdale 101 in Phoenix, Arizona. Showtimes listed below:

Fri, March 30, 2012 - 9:40 PM, Theatre 5
Sat, March 31, 2012 - 10:35 PM, Theatre 4

For tickets and more info visit the Phoenix Film Festival.

Enjoy the trailer below and be sure to check back later this week for an interview with screenwriter Olynyk and producer Bob Schultz!
