How cool is this! Not only do we get the entire Indian Jones: The Complete Adventures on Blu-Ray today but there is a chance to see the first and best film on the big screen. I know I am extremely excited to see one of my favorite films of all time in a theater.
As for the Blu-Ray collection, Raiders has been given a lovingly new transfer. Spielberg took the same approach he did for the recent Jaws Blu-Ray. I hear the film looks brand new as a result. The collection also has seven hours of fascinating bonus material, including a brand new two-part documentary titled “On Set with Raiders of the Lost Ark – From Jungle to Desert and From Adventure to Legend.” Featuring nearly an hour of rarely seen footage from the set of the film and archival interviews with Steven Spielberg, George Lucas and Harrison Ford, this captivating piece transports fans back to where the legend began.
