Sacha Baron Cohen is known for ruffling feathers with his outlandish and hilariously offensive characters. His new film The Dictator seems no different. He asked to be allowed to appear on Sunday's Oscars as The Dictator character, Admiral General Aladeen. He was denied although Hugo, a film he is in, has been nominated for several awards this year. He responded to the banning in the video below.
