Cloudy Sequel Gives Back
Feeding America and Sprouts Farmers Market donated approximately 40,000 pounds of produce today to St. Mary’s Food Bank in support of Hunger Action Month and in conjunction with the upcoming Sony Pictures Animation and Columbia Pictures film release, CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS 2, opening nationwide September 27th.
Feeding America and Sprouts Farmers Market donated approximately 410 cases of mangos, 108 cases of Valencia oranges and 42 bins of seedless watermelon to St. Mary’s Food Bank via a specially branded truck. 8th grade student volunteers from All Saints' Episcopal Day School were on site to help package the food for the food bank. Sam and Barry (beloved characters from CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS 2) were in in attendance to help the volunteers and to celebrate this generous donation that will directly help feed Valley families and bring awareness to Hunger Action Month.
