Overlooked Horror Films - Day 4 - Some Guy Who Kills People (2011)

Every day in October we will be highlighting one of our favorite overlooked horror films as a way to countdown to glorious Halloween. We are hoping to bring some attention to films that rarely get on horror lists during this time of year. We hope you enjoy!

Some Guy Who Kills People (2011)

What’s it about: Kevin Corrigan stars as Ken Boyd, a man fresh out the looney bin who is determined to kill those he feels are responsible for his miserable life.

Why is it overlooked: The name I guess? For some reason when Some Guy Who Kills People was first making the rounds lots of people were complaining about the name. Pretty ridiculous. I think it's a good name especially once you've actually watched the movie.

Why is it worth a look: This is an awesomely fun movie that screams 80's horror/comedy. Corrigan, always one of our favorite supporting guys, proves he can carry a movie with the best of them. The stellar cast is rounded out by solid performances from Barry Bostwick, Leo Fitzpatrick, Lucy Davis and the great Karen Black.
